  • when you land with a passenger do they land on there ass or there feet ?

  • @rs200000000000 I use separation bars which are designed for PG, it means even if I adjust it for longest possible lever for passenger and shortest possible lever for mzself, I can´t get to balanced configuration. My 90kgs plus paramotor on my back cause that passenger is lifted to the air earlier than me. During the landing my feet touch the ground earlier than passenger's. You must not land on your ass with PPG - that would damage propeler cage.

  • I'm flying this weekend if the weather is right. My instructor will take me up tandem. What was it like your first time? It looks mind blowing.

  • any luck with weekend flight?

  • @14magicpenguins the frame is good thing to have. On top of the advantages you mentioned it protects passenger from the prop if the take=off goes wrong, and also passenger can activelly push - help the pilot to pull the wing. But I failed to get one and invented it is possible to fly without it :-). Check my other tandem videos. Good luck with tandem take=offs.

  • @milanthehobo i am always told it is best to have, what looks like to me, a frame from the motor all the way round the pilot and the passenger. this is meant to make the flight more stable and stops any stwisting between pilot and passenger. looking at your video this is obviously not essential. i have had a tandem wing for a year or two but haven't used it yet due to not having this frame. May give it ago

  • jaktože ten první nemá brejle?to rozráží mouchy tomu s brejlema za nim? :-D jinak je to paráda,mít na to groše tak neváhám a jdu do toho taky!

  • @bodaggin even more comfortable than for the pilot. When I take the passenger for PPG flight, I seat him into my regular PG harnesss. It means harnesses for the passenger and for the pilot are completely independent, separate, connected just by separation bars. (those things to which the wing is attached and which maintain the gap between the pilot and passenger)

  • hey how comfortable is the harness for the passenger? Like is it a seat wrap style or just straps on the inner thighs?

  • @milanthepilot thanks for the info mate
