Looks great but when I do it im in SUPER SLOW mode and then the footage is like 3x the normal speed! Please HELP!

Even using GLSL mods very extensively and intensively I never had a problem recording to FRAPS at >100 FPS. That said I was recording to a super fast storage device (RAM). Perhaps that is the bottleneck for most people...
