The swastika is actually not a Nazi symbol, it is actually a symbol used in both Hindu and Buddhist faith (and other Eastern religions as well). It's just that people who don't know much about the symbol have popularized it through war movies as a symbol of Nazism. Also notice that the name of the spellcard is "Ultimate Buddhist," referring to Buddhism. It's a really common mistake though, as everybody thinks of Nazism when they see a swastika.

When I first discovered Touhou, I was like this~
"Huh... Tou...hou... let's see..." *googles it and reads the wiki* "Huh... a bullet thingy... dodgy... seems fun!!" *downloads a few and tries them on Lunatic mode just for a try*
