@USMCin2years Not true. Ropers refers to half-calf round or square-toe boots, while cowboy boots reflects a wider category. Although you may call them that, lotsa' people call the long-shafted, Western stitched boots associated with the American West "cowboy boots", which is correct.

@msmusic4evr Just using saddle soap can dry out your boots. I learned this the hard way. you can use it, but I suggest also getting some oil. Put that on afterwards. It will make them look amazing! :D

all i use is saddle soap and it works great and it smells good and besides you do not need to to ride a horse to wear cowboy boots
