Guitar in standard tuning, using a ''cut capo'' in the Esus position, one can play 4 one finger chords.
We will refer to their names in relationship to the capo - so we are essentially forming key of D chords (though the guitar sounds in key of E).
Note the capo nearly on the back of the fret wire. Using it this way, it doesn't bend strings as out of tune as putting it in the middle of a fret.
I make all my cut capos but they can be purchased as well.
This is cool... I found you on an acoustic forum, saw your music link and listened to your music on soundclick, saw a song pertaining to Esus capo and didn't know what that meant so I googled it, and you were the first youtube video! That's pretty cool!
Anyway, this may seem off the wall, but how in the world did you take such good pictures of the self-grinded thumb picks in the acoustic forum? lol Your pictures are fantastic. Is it the right lighting or the right camera? Thx for your talent!

@telecoustic Both great cameras (DSLR - a good macro lens) and a good light tent with the right lights.
I shoot portraits for buck-a-roos.
Thanks for the kind things you said...

Hi, and thanks for looking...
The capo is a Planet Waves NS that I cut to be an Esus capo. The guitar is a 1993 Olson Dreadnaught - Rosewood/Cedar.
