Thank heavens I found this gem from Patti Dahlstrom! For those unfamiliar..long before Shawn Colvin..Allison Kraus and all the other Country cross-over female singers..there was Patti Dahlstrom in the early 70's. Sadly..her record company..let her down massively and as a result..let would be world wide fans down! This lady is gritty and as real as real can get with her amazing songwriting abilities and voice...just listen. You'll be thanking heaven..too!

My hometown friend did indeed make so many friends in his 18 month tour of duty. Jim was just that kinda guy not just on stage but in the everyday hussle and bussle he could WOW you. Meet Jim once and it's a good memory for life. And now I get to put this beautiful voice to the pictures I have in an old Croce music book. Patti, I would very much like to meet and maybe play a song of yours and a song of Jimmy's. How long did y'all hang. Was he crazy or what? I loved him. Some cousins know this.
