  • Thanks. Contact lenses and glasses should not interfere much with light entering the eyes. However, sunglasses would certainly block much of the light. Also, cataracts can also impair light transmittance to the retina.

  • Excellent videos--found out some great new information! I purchased my light therapy box, which was really helpful, from this store online called love street living foods and I used all the tips found here and it's working well

  • Great job! Very good video, very helpful! Thank you!

  • great talk!

  • Many Thanks Ray - Every year since 1998 I have suffered from depression and its an absolute nightmare. Always Dec-Feb (UK). Other months fine. On pills for years now but gonna try this, maybe this is all I need for 6months of the year. Seems rather clear as I sub-consciously hate short days, think you have hit the nail on the head. • Great talk! Very interesting and informative. I heard that contact lenses decrease a significant amount of light that would entering the eyes, and that a person with SAD should wear glasses whenever possible in the winter. Is the contact lens statement true? Also, wouldn't eye glasses block a lot of light. (Sorry, but I just can't remember all the reflection and refraction stuff that I learned in physics class.) ;)
