If you are having problems utilizing the BOC iPhone app it may that you are needing a new or updated activation code. You can do this by (1) logging into your online banking; (2) clicking on "user services"; (3) clicking on "mobile enrollment" and (4) provide your cell number and click to obtain an activation code. If you already have connected your mobile phone.. simply request an updated or new activation code. Insert this where requested - input your normal online user name and password and BINGO!
