UFO's over Portsmouth?

I filmed this on 26/02/2010 in Portsmouth, UK.

I've seen similar videos, with these normally being dismissed as Chinese Lanterns. I honestly don't know what they were but I'm sure they weren't lanterns due to the fact that at first I thought they were comets due to the size and speed of them and that, although it may not be clear here, both lights followed the exact same 'flight path.'
Apologies for the poor quality filming, I only had my camera phone handy, and I'd zoomed in quite a lot and was trying to follow the movement of the lights.

Any comments from people who've seen similar or can explain what these lights were would be appreciated.

there are loads of chinese lanterns over portsmouth I see them quite alot and they look like that lol

@Ralphc1000 Yeah I do see quite a few also, but you normally can tell whether they are lanterns or not due to the speed they move - it was a still night and they were moving very quickly, and it was a consistent and concentrated orange light, rather than flickering like lanterns do.. Who knows though?! You're probably right.

No afraid not. They were far away (airplane distance(ish)) on a pitch black night. I appreciate this video doesn't really show that due to the poor camera/filming. I've tried explaining as best I could in the description above.
