crysis 2 gameplay on my dell precision laptop advanced settings

this is the crysis 2 beta runing on my laptop at 1280x720 and advanced settings, the game runs very well at more or less 35fps (you can see fps in the video), the game sometimes has lag but this could be becouse i has the game installed on my external hardisk.

my laptop is a Dell precision m6300 with a core2duo 2,6ghz 4g ram and a nvidia quadro fx3600m , the laptop has more or less 3 years

Do you think this laptop would play Modern warfare 3 or black ops? I have a dell m6300 as well. But mine is a core 2 extreme 2.8ghz and I have the 1600m video card. I want to upgrade to the 3600m video and bump the ram up to 8gigs. What do you think?
