"the master" is probably an unkown dragon aspect. Hopefully we'll get to see more of the infinite dragonflight as content progresses.

Deathwing is actually Neltharion who was the aspect of earth, l really doubt that the infinite serve him considering they actually think that they're doing good by killing future evildoers before they could commit their crimes, but doing so would fracture the flow of time and probably cause something even worse to happen. lt's the bronze charge to watch over and see that what happened in the past isn't changed in any way, shape or form.

M'uru isn't a bad guy. He was actually corrupted when Kael'Thas and his blood elves captured him from Tempest Keep. Kael originally wanted to send him back to quel'thalas for the blood elves to feed off of his magical energies, but Lady Liadrin manipulated his holy magic to create blood knights, who are blood elves turned into paladins by sucking M'uru's holy energy out of him. Soon after, Kael'thas and felblood elves stole him and took him back to the Sunwell, where he was corrupted and whatnot
