Kayla wins Gold! Jumps: Double Lutz-Double Toe combination, Double Loop-Double Loop combination, Double Toe, and 2 Axels. Spins: Death Drop and Back Catch Camel-Cannonball combination. This is the same routine Kayla won Silver with in Colorado Springs.

@PillowMetal Oh, lucky! See for me, I live in Nebraska, so it's really hard to adjust to the altitude and everything.

Great job! How old are you? You mentioned you won gold in Colorado Springs- Broadmoor Open? If so, what group number?

@julianaqtpi Thanks, I just turned 12 years old in June. Yes it was Broadmoor and and it was in Pre-Juvenile Group C, we just drew our names out of a hat.. But it was the silver I won there - it was my first time and it was against 14 girls I think.

@PillowMetal I competed at Broadmoor Open this year too! I was in Pre-Juvenile group E though, because I'm 14 yrs old, 15 in December. I think it was separated by age though, all the skaters in my group were at least 13, if I remember correctly. And I think I saw you skate just in passing, I was running from the Olympic rink to the World Arena back and forth during the earlier groups of Pre-juvenile. Well, awesome job, Colorado is a hard place to compete for me because of the altitude!
