  • Scott this technic is extremly dangerous and gives not more effectivness! You are too much to front, you go to far back with your elbows, doing like this you will really snap your shoulders one day! Even pro bodybuilders are not going two steps in front and they do not go so far behind with their shoulders.

  • @octoman06 I think it is a matter of preference, the muscles responsible for gripping do not have much effect on how much your pectoralis muscle gets activated.
