The show was simply called "Marco", and there was a follow-up series called "Marco cooks for..." where he cooks for his mentors, Koffman, Ladenis, Roux and Blanc.

All of them are on YouTube, and well worth checking out.

If you scroll down on the right here, for example, you'll see a video called "Marco - Episode 2 clip 2" where he cooks lunch for Keith Floyd.
