This edition of HEALTH MATTER'S looks at the different types of problem body postures. Very rarely are these as a result of congenital problems (that is you are born with them) therefore we must assume that they have developed as a result of bad habits OR to avoid pain/painful problems that have occured. (these corrections will be discussed later in the series)

I started to notice that my posture was not straight, and I was always leaning forward at the computer in the car. Now I notice a bit o f roundness in the back of the neck. If I stand corrected, and change my posture is there hope that I could straighten this issue out. THank you
