I'm not sure if the "pig nut" is the same as the nut sedge we have her in the states, but I have heard of some people eating them back in the day. I also heard that hogs love nut sedge. I tried a couple of em and imho, they are horribly disgusting. If anyone has any thoughts on whether pig nut grows in the states please share

These were the good old days. Although I'm American, I lived in the UK and Ireland back when this show started. Ray of course was a wealth of information regarding the local fauna and flora, but that annoying woman, as some called her, made me realize that America didn't corner the market on natural beauty. A beautiful place if you'll allow yourself to find it, that and a beautiful pint of ale. Since then, Ray became global as an educator. The UK? Splendid as ever, if you can afford it! Cheers!

Ray is the first person that I ever saw who can educate a person by just talking and explaining the situation.
He has a plenty of experience in teaching, it helps.
