  • So hw many yrs it took u 2 get in Shape n do u intake whey protein or ne suppliments ..........?

  • @hrk4evr it's hard to say, Iv'e been lifting weights for about 7 years now but didn't see any results until about the time I posted my first video because I wasn't eating properly, the only suppliments I take is whey protein and a pre-trainer.

  • I'm 15 years old and i just started to go to the gym this day i wrote this, i'm not really that fat, i mean i don't even know if you can call me fat rather chubby, anyways i've read a bit about burning fat etc, and as far as i can tell the best way to burn fat is to run or swim, so i wonder should i run for like 40 minutes and lift and do abs for 20 minutes?, and also i can jogg to the gym it's maybe 3 kilometers away
