Apocryphos - D. Gray Man (Fan Made) Piano Collections Preview

This is a fanmade theme!

It's been a while *-* and yes, it's clear i've developed an interest in D. Gray Man :'D

I'm starting a new project, and this is more a preview of it really~ I don't consider this 'finished', and my dad said that this was bland and well... boring, and I have to agree with him a little there. So, yeah, i don't consider this done quite yet xD

Ideally, i'd like to start out with the 'Main theme' i'd written but it's not finished yet ;-;

oh yes, where have I been? ... well... it's a long story so im gonna make an update video soon so i'll explain then. But I'll say that I feel like im changing, and it might be for the better. But some part of me probably isnt coming back for tomorrow.

Things have changed a lot and happened and i've tried to solve everything but really? I think i lost the better half of my brain trying to solve everything :'D

Very nice! I can definitely hear the influences. :D I'm guessing the song in question from Star Wars was...battle of the heroes or duel of the fates, maybe? *shrugs* I can also hear the Mako Reactor theme from FFVII at 0:58, and it definitely sounds similar to Yoko Shimomura. I'm impressed.

You're quite talented! I'm an aspiring game composer myself, and I would greatly appreciate any feedback from you. :D

@Deospawn Thanks ^_^ i sunno, im not a huge fan of stars but i was just thinking about it at the time :'D don't know much abotu the music from it either. Mako reactor O-o where! *listens* ... ooooh.... that does sound really...similar O-o i should probably change that a bit :'D

I actually find this to be quite an exhilarating piece O.O!! The darness is so......alluring XD!!! Its reminds me of Yoko Shimmomura's The 13th Side Piano Collections arrangement because it starts off slow with emphasis on heavy chords then it just gets really crazy! Btw, is this one piano? Sounds like it but I remember you kinda alluded to the fact that you sometimes write thicker pieces for solo than for duet XD!!

Oh yeah, that is true... i love her piano arrangments so much~ truth be tod was thinking about the 3rd starwars movie when i was cleaning the kitchen and i was just humming a tune and from that, and it grew into something a LOT darker, and thats how this came to be :'D reminds me of how Uematsu said he often gets ideas when he's walking his dog xD

And no~ this is 2 pianos!~ i love writing with two pianos when i can, because the possibilities are just endless.

This is perfect, and if this is still unfinished i can't wait to hear the rest. Gives me chills about thinkin of apocrapper XD

the main reason i want DGM back is that i wanna hear what Wada Kaoru would do with the music seeing how the story gets so emotional the music would be so amazing

This is a well-composed and really intriguing piece.

It has a really dark melody, and the chords are nicely coordinated with it.

I can't wait for the final product!!! :D

I really love your piano compositions. I didn't really like the quality of the piano but it didn't take away from the piece. It does sound darker than anything you've ever done before but you do dark well lol. I'm anticipating the finale.
