I was Korean and at Kadena and Torii from 11/72 to 05/74.

Chinese Linguist. Flew in 1970 and '71, then TDY to Camranh Bay and NKP. Spent three months working directly for Col. Throckmorton/Maj. Harry, then spent three months filling in as Unit Photographer when Gen. Novi came to visit. Worked out at Torii Station on the Ground Site (DOG) from mid 1972 to mid 1973.

Hey... I flew almost 80 missions out of Kadena on these old tin cans from 1972 to 1975. What did you do on them? I was a Chinese Linguist. Hit me up: maybe we flew together.

Don't get me wrong it's a wonderful plane and it truly does do a great job at what it does but that altered radome nose gets me every time, and then they painted it black.
