The video drivers work fine for me but whenever I try to install the sound drivers it gives me an error. I tried using your drivers but it just tells me my drivers are already up to date. Help?

@MrBoomies Try completely uninstalling the device, restart your PC, and then reinstall the device on a different USB port using these drivers.

@zizzlegrr I'm not really sure why that happened. The drivers have worked for many other people. Try completely uninstalling the drivers and the Easycap device itself. Then reinstall the device in a different USB slot., reinstall the drivers, and see if that works. Also, the Easycap is known to blue screen if you unplug it while the computer is still accessing it.

@Awsomedude0901 don't worry. It's not a virus. That's happened to my brother's computer with his Easycap. Uninstall it, and try reinstalling it on another USB slot.
