Ryan Shupe & the Rubberband sings Dream Big in Seattle, June 21, 2007. Went out to a lady's "Dream Team" that is supporting her and her inoperable lung cancer. The bass guitarist also points out someone in the audience that is sign-languaging the song. I was up against the stage and talked with Ryan before the show (we're both Utah natives). I stole (after my hubby asked for it) the set list and had the band members all sign it (on the back was their airline and car rental itineraries). I always think about my 3 sons when I hear this song.

He is pretty cool. This was in a bar in Seattle and was very intimate. We weaseled up to the very front. We stayed afterwards and took pics with Ryan and got the siggys.

I was in a band that opened for him at the U of U more than 10 years ago, but was too ignorant at the time to appreciate it! Ever since then I've been a huge fan.

I'm not a band member, I was in the audience, doing the sign language. But they did a concert in Woodinville for the lunchtime concert, and then in Kent that night (I only made it to the Kent show).
