too much effects on this. way too much reverb

I used to use the nexus. But if u want to be creative in sound design it's is not the right one. It's a instant sound machine where you can get almost every sound you need for most kind of electronic music (dance, techno...) But these times I really like to build stuff my own. Nexus is like driving a lamborghini which is not yours.. XD

The QS6 is an awesome machine, many features under the hud like sampling playback.

if you want to use pre programmed presets stick with nexus, if you want to synthesize buy a virus.
(i own a virus ti 2 and it doesnt come with built in better presets than nexus) it just sounds better and more versatile

access virus is a monster in a league of it own i think most demo on here do show what this machine can do price means something if its different .cheers

@katseazzz yes, it definitely is.

I have nexus and I don't own a virus so I couldnt say for sure.
but considering the $2,000 price difference virus probably has better presets,
not to mention extensive sound design capabilities which nexus completely lacks.

So basically your using the QS6 as a sound module, is the Virus playing patches out of the QS6?, is that what the idea of MIDI is?

I use the QS6 to control the Virus. In some of my other videos I play two patches from the Virus - One controlled from the QS6 keyboard and one from the Virus keyboard.
