3D Systems - are you able to provide a graph of the projet cost over time? When would you estimate the $5000 - $1000 price point could be met? A decade or two? Thanks!

Thanks for your comment, however we cannot speculate about future product developments on a particular print platform. 3D Systems is committed to make 3D Printing more accessible to a larger number of people through product innovation and lower cost 3D Printer options.

We wish! Much of the printer could be printed, but 3D printing cannot (yet) print all the different materials, circuit boards, wiring, electronic controls, etc. Maybe someday there will be a 3D Printer that can!

How do you compare this Project printer vs Zcorp?

I don't think Z corp has transparent plastic capabilities only solid colors

Which printer is better for printing Buildings and structures?

If I have Autodesk Revit Models for Building Structures, Is posible to convert the model to this format used by the printer without redoing the model.

Does this Printer has the option to use texture maps, so the surface could show red bricks for samplo, or concrete CMU texture map ? Please let me know, is important Thanks

I have to say, these printers have been a component of my "geeked-out workshop" fantasy for many years, and this one just took top slot from ZCorp. I can't wait until consumer versions have reached a price point that the average American household can reasonably afford!
