These people are absolutely clueless we're well into the 21st century and the older 20th century strong-arm tactics don't work on The People anymore and will only get them into deeper trouble by treating innocent folks like this.

You can say what you want about this but it damn good to see these assholes have to answer for abusing the system with extortionate fees and threats of arrest for being on public property.

The towing company, Mayor and Police Dept now have to pay the piper over this :)

I found out the hard way that my city has an ordinance that if your tabs expire they can tow your vehicle. I was working out of town and had forgot to renew my tabs. They were two months past due and they towed it right out of my driveway. Cost me tabs, tow fee, and storage fee. To say the least I was pissed because they scratched my car when it was in their possession. They never paid to fix it.
