* Grab your yard broom handle and straddle a straw bale. Holding the broom in front of you at arm's length, raise your arms up above your head. Hold for a second, then bring it back out in front of you. Perform 3 sets of 10 reps.
* Next, place the broom handle behind your head and push up until you have straightened your arms. Perform 3 sets of 10 reps.
* Sit up on the edge of your straw bale. Holding the broom handle in the middle, perform bicep curls as shown. Perform 3 sets of 10 reps.
* Stand about one foot away from a wall. Place both hands on the wall, shoulder-width apart. Slowly bend your elbows outwards and allow your chest to touch the wall, then push back up. Perform three sets of 10 reps.
