Congressional Flag Football Game Highlights

On Tuesday October 27th, Members of Congress took on the U.S. Capitol Police in the 2009 Congressional Flag Football Game for charity. The game, which was held at the DC Armory, raised money for the families of Capitol Police officers killed in the line of duty as well as local literacy efforts. In the end, the Members won the game in overtime 32-26 with a last minute touchdown pass from Rep. Heath Shuler to former Philadelphia Eagle John Booty.

Well flag football is the closes thing to the real thing. If these people can play tackle football they would, but law of ageing wont let them play at full tackle contact . But flagfootball can still make you work up a sweat
