Speeding Ticket Taser Full UNCUT VERSION Part 1 John Gardner The officer's conduct has been called into question after a videotape of the incident was posted on YouTube.
The video, taken from a Utah Highway Patrol dashboard camera, shows Trooper John Gardner using a Taser on Jared Massey during a traffic stop on State Road 40 in Uintah County on Sept. 14.2007 In the nearly 10-minute video, Gardner is seen pulling Massey over for speeding. When Massey refuses to sign the citation, Gardner asks him to exit the vehicle, and things quickly escalate as the motorist points toward the speed limit sign.UHP (Utah Highway Patrol) tasers man in front of pregnant wife and baby over an alleged speeding ticket. Outraged?

The ONLY thing this cop was guilty of is not clearly stating: "Take your hands out of your pockets."

Here is a hint for anyone being pulled over... don't walk away from a cop while putting your hand in your pocket. You could be reaching for a weapon and at that point, you are begging a cop to tase you... or even draw his gun.

Usually, I recognize and acknowledge police brutality, but this guy is just an idiot. If a cop is trigger happy already, don't hand him a reason to tase you... duh!.

He should have kept his hands out of his pockets and followed instructions. If he wanted to fight the ticket the side of the road is not the place to do it. Idiot is lucky he didn't get shot.

He was following the police car, therefore, if he was speeding, so was the cop. Its probably a pretty common assumption that a citizen can follow the police at the same speed without being in violation of any laws, In the begining of the video the officer pulls directly in front of what looks to be a temporary 40mph sign, completely obstructing the view to the driver behind him.

That was fun. I think you could tighten up that video a bit, the first 8 and a half min were a little boring I must say but the payoff was worth it. Watching baggy pants get tased was awesome. He should have said something like "don't taze me John". I think more people should get tased, like people who tail gate should get tased on the neck.
