How to Mod Forza 3 WITHOUT Horizon with USB

Can be used to mod Forza 4 but with the Forza 4 MOD TOOL

DO NOT MOD TO 999,999,999 OR IT WON'T WORK. I usually mod around 600m!
This Tool should be working now!


*How to move your save*
First, MOVE your save onto your USB. (Not COPY)
Next, Plug USB into PC.
Now open it with the USB Extractor within the Mod tool or with anything else.
Mod it with Forza Mod Tool
Put it back into USB
Plug USB into xbox
MOVE it back onto HDD

Another modding tutorial, today i am showing you how to mod Forza 3 without Horzion... This mod tool is also quick and easy and best of all it is free! The mod tool is actually real and has no virus or any type of things to infect your computer.

If it doesn't work first time, try again. Then if it doesnt work again, comment or PM me and ill try to help out. This works with a USB or a Transfer cable

Anyone that has a problem where it says it Failed to save. I'm not sure what that problem is... I have never had a problem, so i recommend that you keep trying till it works.

I've been trying to answer all the comments. But i have noticed that most of you are getting the same problems. I recommend that you just keep trying. I haven't had a problem before so I'll try my best to solve the problems.

@Themattregan move ur profile to the usb then go on forza and do 1 race and then dashboard it plug ur usb in the ;aptop and open it onto ur desktop with horizon
