Magnificent hip-hop/R&B, as so many others have already said. Exactly the type of track that ages like a fine wine, but at the same time is instant vintage. Sure Hov might not have this kind of charisma anymore, but he still goes in . . . dude adapted to the times, that's why he's the best rapper (but not MC) alive!
