  • Jesus girl, you are hanging way to far off if your outside foot is slipping off the peg. Try to be at one with the bike, and move around less. Each time a rider moves from side to side it upsets the stability of the machine, especially when one is trying to 'hangoff' as much as these guys are teaching. Stability is everything!!

PS: You CANNOT turn the bike using the pegs alone...this is some of the worst riding advice i have ever seen and heard!!

  • my outside leg holds me. I try not to put to much wieght on the inside peg. I feel it tries to kick the bike out from under me. so..my outside leg hold me on and my outside but cheek is where my weight is. Is that good? If i put to much weight on the inside leg i also fatigue quiclky.

  • Interesting that he teaches to use your wight to turn the bike, which is in direct contrast to what Keith Code teaches.

  • unless ive been riding wrong when you go around a turn the force wants to stand the bike up and go wide in a turn. if you are going thru a right hand turn the bike will want to stand up and go left, so why would you weight your left (outer) foot? you weight your inside foot to keep the bike down and thru the turn. just like your moving your weight to the inside of the turn to get your knee down which is all done to put weight on inside and keep the bike from standing up n going out. rethink it

  • Jesus Christ people, obviously these people know what they are talking about. Other wise they would not be in a position to teach people to lean off the bike. Their are talking about riding on a track not the street. Their are no other cars or pot wholes to dodge. this guy is good at what he does, so for anyone who wants to lean the CORRECT way through turns, please listen to this guy.

  • Don't weight the inside peg... That is a great way to get the rear to slide!!!

Weighting the OUTSIDE peg gives you an anchor to push the inside handlebar, which is used to turn the bike, not the peg...

  • great instructor

  • noobs :P

  • i think he means to point the toe out from the bike. so rather than having your toes pointing forwards in line with the bike, point it outwards so your toes are pointing out in line with your inside leg, just as it looks when the lady demonstrates in the video.
