Dr Paul is a recognizable man. He has a strong following and he was arguably the Tea Party before it was the Tea Party. The only complain us religious nuts is his lenient domestic policies. Nothing wrong with getting high, but a productive system needs social order. At least our point of view.

I was implying to the lovely opinionatedDem. How Dems now are using different tactical measures to get away from the #1 issue: economy.

There's nothing wrong talking about these issues. Is legit and Michele can answer for you. But to use minority issues that has no social or economic impact is personal now. The economy is the number #1 issue and liberals/Dems all want to divert from it. This is why Obama is struggling.

Why shouldn't she talk about LGBT rights and unregulated corporations? What's wrong with a mention of slavery when Michele signed a pledge saying that black people were better off under slavery because they were more likely to be raised by their mother and father? (That was untrue of course, many slave families were separated at the whim of the owners.)

For the record, I'm Mexican. The Spanish invaded the Aztecs. You know, with high-tech stuff. That's our history and we used Aztec chicks. Pretty hot but that's Mexico today. In other words, it was normal; just like slavery back then. We even slaved people.

And BTW, you're right, the campaign trail can be load of thoughts--like Obama cutting the national deficit in half. Times never change.
