  • i just ate a large bowl of vegetable soup (carrots, celery, onions, beans, and so on) with some olive oil (extra virgin) and grated parmigiano cheese... is it alright? i know i will be hungry this afternoon, but then i will drink a big glass of milk. tonight i will have some fruit (banana, kiwi, maybe apples). bye

  • Add "cheese food" to the list, too.

  • This video was interesting! Food Like Substances, like Little Debbies and let's see...what else? Hot Pockets and how about Smucker's Uncrustables? I believe that is what he meant by food like substances. Cake frosting. Gummy bears. Chocolate lava muffins. Stuff like that. And Twinkies. Definitely Twinkies! LOL Thank you!
