@thugsnw agreed to disagree.

@nightmaster552 You're kidding, right? EX3 is running on last gen's engine. This can be based on that but the differences are far from each other. Look up the word "relative", it basically means an observer may see one thing differently from another. Like how you think this game is not modern but I do. And since you're sure of yourself it's not modern, lets leave it at that -- because that's what relativity is. It's even the foundation of Einstein's theory. So yeah, let's agree to disagree

the game as such is modern, ur right on that one, but the system req. is, as you said much lower than the other games. You wanted to test relatively modern games, but when a game has a much lower system req. than almost every other games, then you cant say ur testing relatively modern games, since the game as such isnt modern. Its nothing more than a pimp up version of Street Fighter 3EX

@nightmaster552 I don't think system requirements dictate whether a game can be called "modern" or not, rather it should come from the technology used to make the game. Of course, SFIV isn't a heavy game due to its nature. It's a 2D or 2.5D fighter that doesn't need large maps with tons of concrete structures, foliage, and/or character models. However, the technology it used was fairly recent -- and it can be reused with applied tweaks/improvements for future titles. Hence, the term "modern"

@thugsnw no prob. (:
To the SFIV and BO thing, when it comes to system requirements, no. That was my point to begin with. If you would play BO on your laptop, it wouldnt be playable i think.

@nightmaster552 Aren't Black Ops and SFIV part of this modern gen? Hate to break it to you, but I'm through with testing. I only did tests when the netbook was new to me and I had no other way to play those games.

@thugsnw thats why i didnt suggest Black ops and stuff like that (:
just wondering, could you try playing gothic 4 on the notebook? i know the FPS will be horrible, but im still wondering ^^

@nightmaster552 I said "relatively modern". Besides, this isn't the only game I ran on the netbook.
