This is one of the old classic commercials that was on Kids WB for the lineup of The Mummy, RL Stine's The Nightmare Room, and Pokemon: Johto League Champions.
It brought back some good memories, so I decided to put it up - sorry for the quality, I took it right off the TV, but hope you enjoy! :D

  • this promo is from the vjs of one crazy summer before the wb logo.

  • 0:32 some dude has an epic cold

  • @beyrsf I hope you all will benefit from this and notice that everything within our society is being watered down ON PURPOSE, to keep us DUMBED DOWN if we choose to accept these things, but that is your decision! But as this comes to a close and wish you all a blessed one and thank you for taking the time to listen to what I have to say. If you don't stand up for something you will truly fall for anything!

  • @beyrsf ---- enough subliminal conscious to rise ABOVE the brainwashing and distinguish quality from quant.... I meant utter CRAP! To finally bottom line what I'm saying, without Fox Kids and Kids WB it would've taken LONGER for shows like Pokemon, Yugioh, Monster Rancher, & Digimon to get popular, and without Toonami...... well let's just say DBZ and Sailor Moon would still be on syndication on UPN, the WB, or on USA kids somewhere until those networks cancellation, if that long.

  • @beyrsf Ask any KNOWLEGABLE cartoon voice actor, producer, etc. (from the golden period) had they not have more fun and got paid MORE income wise during the 1990-2005 period of cartoons/animation/marketing of shows??!!!! It is obvious what my argument is about, at times during that period the commercials/promos were more interesting than the shows theirselves, and you try to tell people this especially newer kids and they look at you like a bunch of brainwashed zombies that don't have a strong

  • @beyrsf I repeat QUALITY NETWORKS!!!!!!! and any other form of QUALITY entertainment!!!!!! Just look at the evidence. Compare just 3 promos from any past network (I'd prefer from Toonami or Cartoon Network) and compare it to "C.N.". See how Dickelodeon as access to DBZ Kai, and other shows but does NOT put any effort to use their power of commercial/promo airing to market their network to multiple audiences. And that goes for any network dang it!

  • @beyrsf Well to anybody and everybody who thinks that way (whether it's from an honest or BRAINWASHED opinion point of view) I have this to say............ instand access does NOT replace a good wholesome network!!!!!!!!! Even when "we" had already had movies/shows on VHS, the computer (if we were smart enough), or eventually DVD, that did NOT stop us from plopping down in front of a tv set on a weekday or weekday (even if we DIDN'T have cable) and enjoy a quality network of our choice!1111

  • @beyrsf I am supposed to think that the LEGACY of our beloved networks of the 1990's -2005 (kids wb, Cartoon network, Toonami, Fox Kids, UPN Kids & Kids action zone, USA kids/action extreme team, Toon Disney, ABC kids, the ABC & UPN versions of the Disney Afternoon, etc, etc, etc.) don't, didn't, or have never mattered?!!

So long as we have instant access to on demand DVDs, Glue-ray, Boob Tube, Net Flix, and this other stuff?

  • @beyrsf But hey, I guess I'm not suppose to voice my honest opinions (or FACTS) as a Retro fan. I'm just suppose to stay brainwashed and not prefer quality networks (or quality anything for that matter) over utter CRAP, by automatically accepting anything in our society (whether it's crappy networks or the CRAPPY W.E. aka World Entertainment, or "Hip Hop", or deteriorating morality, etc, etc, etc.).

  • @beyrsf --------------with Cartoon Net...... I meant C.N. putting Pokemon, Yugioh, and Naruto over the rest of J.L.U. and even DBGT?!!! Previously if you missed the new JLU or DBGT episodes, they would show them the next day along w/newer episodes while BALANCING the whole network w/promos for ALL of their shows. But look where all of our networks at now, either long DEAD or rather PATHETIC, w/only the HUB giving any decency to providing a DECENT network!
