We might have events that completely alter your life such as divorce and death. We also do an introspection and have a loss of interest in more extroverted activities. We also look younger.

I always hated my hands because the palms were bright red since I was born. One minute they can be very cold, and the next minute, they can be burning hot. Sometimes they vibrate for no reason. What does this mean?

@fearous10000 Wow! I would write down all of your dreams. Keep a dream journal and pen right next to your bed. Write down every detail you can remember. I read a good book, "The G.O.D. Experiment" by a Gary Swartz, PH.D., Astrophysicist I believe and he started asking the guided organized design to give him answers when he slept. I believe it's definitely possible.
