heres an international not too sure what year and model but it has a Detroit Diesel 2 stroke 12v71TT and is pulling a sled and it even pulls a wheelie while pulling it

@Vitek22ful It's not about horsepower. It's about TORQUE! Wheelie popping and frame twisting torque. And no, a Civic can not do that.
