Programs needed:
Winamp Free Version (http://www.winamp.com)
Shoutcast Radio listings (http://www.shoutcast.com) Free. Only need to go there one time. Bookmark your stations.

You can get free music on your computer. Legally. Usually it is very high-quality (if you have decent speakers). Shoutcast lists the radio stations and Winamp plays the stations. It's easy.

Also note, By right-clicking and clicking "Add Bookmark" in Winamp, you can save a station so that you can easily return to listen. Just like you can set a preset in a car radio.

*All of this is free* and the best way to listen to music free on the computer in my opinion.
