@MISSION315 I agree!

MY ALL TIME ROD TRACK FROM THAT GOLDEN AGE 1972 BRILLIANT !
-
Rod often jokes that he never got any payment at all for his performance on this track. For me I just love this number , remember it as a kid , and its high pitched guitar solo's.
Great stuff.

Ahem..! Excuse me but I think this is Rod Stewart..? Or are my ears deceiving me..?

@hmscollingwood Yes it's Rod who was featured on this track...Python Lee Jackson was an Australian band active from 1965 to 1968.

@LaybuyLee I always thought this was Jeff Beck with Rod Stewart?

@mark22160 ...... This is the original from 1972. Rod was bought in as a session singer for this track as Dave Bentley lead singer of Python Lee Jackson said his voice wasn't right for the song!!!! ............Original band members were David Bentley David Montgomery Mick Liber Tony Cahill & Gary Boyle............ Rod did however perform this in around 2006-2008 with Jeff Beck ;0)
