March 11 2011 Earthquake - The Okinawan Experience

I made this quick video on my iPod to show my freaking-out family that nothing was wrong in Okinawa. Nothing wrong in the sense that we are all physically fine, but waking up in a country where everything is going to hell is an incredibly sobering experience. Much love going to everybody affected.

The baseball boys comment is because while earlier there had been sirens going off telling people to evacuate, there were a few guys playing baseball in the street below.

@b13nx2k Hey, Naha city is perfectly fine, as is the rest of Okinawa. We had loads of tsunami warnings and evacuation orders yesterday, but all for nought, thankfully.
