Out of all the unlikeable characters on the show(and most were this way since most were sociopathic scumbags), I found Janice to be the MOST unlikeable one along with Livia. But Livia had the decency to die and rid us of her bullshit pity party so I'd rank Janice as the least likeable character in the show's history. God, I hated her. Tony's a bad guy too but at least he could be funny from time to time. Like here.

@PlayerVid Totally agree. I found this scene to be a perfect portrait of Tony's overall personality issues. He hates happiness in others because he has no happiness in himself, and resents the fact that Janice was able to show signs of true reformation. Tony had been in therapy for years with relatively little success, whereas Janice attends a few Anger Management courses and is able to control herself; in that moment, Tony wanted to prove that, like him, she was still unable to truly change.

@jcthomas521 I dont think it was really her being fake, it was just her trying to show some self control. Tony was just upset because he doesnt have the strength to do the same himself, like how he beat that dudes ass just before this scene.

i think this scene as people said is to show tony is jealous of janice's newfound happiness, but i think that the point of this scene is Tony feeling janice doesnt deserve happiness, cause he brings up terrible things shes done like abandoning her kid or being a bad mother to point out that you may be happy but you've caused alot of suffering and you seem to not acknowledge it or care that you did these things.
