Just on principle I think everyone today owes a huge debt to those who built this country for free. And especially to those who came after them and were set up to fail from the beginning. USA is a joke though and does not care for its descendants of slaves, pretty much because they are not the right color. It's sad.

Well for one, I think Black History Month is a sop to African-Americans and no black ppl I know actually think it is an adequate replacement for the reparations that the community deserves.

They acknowledged you as a second-class citizen that can't do shit without the government and treat you as such. We didn't need a constitutional amendment to see you as a sovereign citizen, all that needed to be done was apply the constitution to everyone. Why do you think your rights will be stripped away, you think they are "on loan" to you from the govt.

Black history month is the shortest month of the year. How are you not insulted, and how are you not blind to the truth?
