aaa has been paying me lost wage pmts. They are now using their doctors, not mine to use scare tactics so they will not have to continue with pmts. I wish i could work. what do you do to fight these huge companies when you have ongoing documented injuries from your own doctor? How will i pay my bills? They are awful

I hate big companies in general. It's not just insurance companies, ladies and gentlemen. It's our entire capitalistic society. Don't you realise--- it's these people who get the laws passed around here. They make me so sick with anger. Why can't they just play fair? It seems like gluttunous bastards make the decisions. They're all too greedy for money. They never care how they get it.

John Stossel said that every time the government gets involved in an issue by some politicians passing laws, it just backfires and winds up doing more harm than good. The government saying everyone must have insurance is just further testament to this. I hate the fucking insurance companies now. If I saw one of those fucking assholes in a burning building I'd be laughing.

Consolidated Freightways Corporation of Delaware is NOT self-insured because their Surety bond was revoked in 1996 and never reinstated.

I have a letter from the Dept. Industrial Relations/Self-insurance plans that indicates they revoked Consolidated Freightways Corporation of Delaware certificate in 1996 and never reinstated it. Sedgwick CMS, thought they were self-insured and therefore play the role as adjustor, now saying they are not liable for not properly checking to see if C.F. was self-insured. Caselaw suggest otherwise!

Under the law, policyholders who wish to sue their insurance company must mail written notice of the potential lawsuit to the insurance company and to the Office of the Insurance Commissioner at least 20 days before the lawsuit is to be filed.

MSI, Medical services for indigents are suppose to have have doctors who are willing to help those without any money, however doctors are charging $70 for office visits, and denying care because they don't get any money from the fund until 6 months down, too many greedy doctors!
