A tribute to the beautiful homes and streets of my little home town. I moved away in 1974 to attend Penn State, then relocated in the CA SF-Bay Area. I go home from time to time and have compiled a few random pictures together.

  • They've struck natural gas in the Marcellus Shale in Western PA. Land leases have gone from $2 acre in 2005 to $2000 acre 2008. I hope it boosts the economy without destroying the environment.

  • Hi, yes, when I was in Ridgway I didn't take photos with the intent of making this tribute. I just happened to take a lot of pictures. When I go back again, I will intentionally take some specific pictures to show a broader view of town. Trust that St. Leos is still there, looks the same.

  • Gibbz, Your town is very cool. I have always had an affinity for small towns where you can walk to the store, know all your neighbors and really see the town history in the houses and faces of the people living there. It's added to my list of places to go see.
