I doubt this. I understand that HAARP can affect the jet stream, but I've seen similar behavior in hurricanes before. (Been watching them since the 80s) Also, if they CAN use their ionosphere heater to direct hurricanes, (IRE) then why didn't they push it further out and prevent all the damage to the east coast? HAARP is an Air Force research program, so it's not unthinkable. I just think you need better evidence.

@thm1138 the question should be why did they not use it? HAARP is no secret, its been talked about for years. the discovery channel ran a story on it about 6 years ago. it was called controlling the weather, also in that show they showed the US setting off a NUCK in a hurricane in the 50s that messed up Florida. IMO Katrina gave them the go ahead to use it. I dont know about any other uses for HAARP. Its really not complicated how it works,but they can not come out and say they are using it.

IF anyone here knows what HARRP can do or not do, you would not say anything. Irene Did A lot of strange things traveling up the coast. It was affected by something man made. In 50 years of following hurricane I never saw a hurricane travel like Irene did.

wow, HARRP does not work that way, it can only change the jet stream flow,it can not pull a huricane into the us.it pushes cool air down from canada to push storms out to sea this usually takes 3-5 days.check most hurricanes since 2005 and you will see that they ether are far east of US or go straight accross central america.check the jet streams since 2005.they might be using it to help cool down the gulf.
