DMC3 Advanced Combat Tutorial part 1

This video will explain in detail:

Buffering
Switch canceling
Jump canceling
and Invincibility frames without getting too technical or using any abbreviations.

I originally made this to teach a few friends of mine how to jump cancel, but quickly realized jump canceling is one of many techniques that makes a great Devil May Cry player.

question at the start of the game what does the gold and yellow thing mean unfortunately I didnt get the instruction book with this game.

Yellow means you can only continue whenever you have yellow orbs

Gold means you can continue regardless of any orbs.

If you're asking about point blank that's a stinger with a style input. (R1 + forward + circle)

hey i have a qustion while you are switching the weapon in mid air do still have to press the attack botton? or all you have to do is switching it??

You have to press the attack button after you switch.

@uuye85 You can do the same things on PC. It's also possible to do this in keyboard, but to some, it's hard. You can buy a gamepad too. Sorry, I responded to a comment 3 months late.
