BJJ brown belts, Derek DiManno and Tyrone Glover, perform an impromptu demonstration at a Werneck Jiu Jitsu (www.cassiowerneck.com) open house in Sacramento, California, in 2003. Both Derek and Tyrone received their black belts in 2005. Tyrone now trains under Amal Easton in Colorado, while Derek teaches at Waza Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (www.wazabjj.com) in Elk Grove, California.

@agtren These are not the basics. I'm a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighter so I know that the "Official BJJ Administration" says that even in practices leg locks are illegal. And those guys did a lot of leg locks.

@Agtren well actually leg locks are only illegal for white belts and blue belts.
