FUCKING FINALLY!!! Now, who will they get to fill the role. I think Marty would be the best fit, seeing that he knows the Chiefs history and scheme, so I look for him to get it. I just pray that we don't have another Gannon/Grback catastrophe. I'd also be content with another former Chiefs coach in Dick Vermiel (but that may be a long shot).
As far as coaching goes, they'll give Herm another year. But, if I had my way, I'd make a play for Brian Billick or Jack Del Rio.

LJ was great when we had 2 of the greatest offensive minded coaches in the game on our team. Al Saunders and Dick Vermeil. And i think that we can all agree on one thing, the offense hasn't been the same since both of those guys left. But i think that our new offensive coordinator (forgot his name) could do well if herm's schemes and offensive gameplans that have proven not to be successful over the past few years we'rent holding him back, as much as it pains me to say that.

Yep.. It is finally over.. King Carl is dethroned.. Now we need to get Worm out of there.. Bring in Marty as GM and Bill Cowher as head coach and we will be a superbowl calaber team in 5 years..

im right here, but sweet jesus wth are u guys talking about? so, carl is responsible for how bad we're doing now, but wasn't responsible for how good we were before? he didnt ruin the chiefs, dick vermeil left thats what happened, and although i love herm to death im gunna have to admit that he aint cut out to be a head coach. he's smart, polite, respectful, and a good man, and tries to help this team, but things changed when he got to KC, football wise for the chiefs.
