clearly you should pack it all up and return the item, get back on the short bus, and dont play with anything but plastic scissors. i just went to the web site, scrolled down, its all right there, I am dyslexic, and even i can follow the simple instructions. maybe you can get mommy to read it to you, hmmmm maybe they didnt put in enough four letter words for you to understand. wait maybe they didnt swear enough for you to comprehend? put it up on ebay i will buy it for half price....LOL

This is for the dumbasses who havnt got a clue.
First off nowhere in this title does it say "HOW TO MAKE A STENCIL", Secondly how daft do you need to be in order to miss being told to go to thier website.
its a special UV type paper that when exposed to UV Light, the unexposed portion disolves in water. I have not used the product yet i will and i will post results, just for the dumb and lazy.
