Full length 28 min version (YouTube allows only 10min videos) of this video is available (FREE) at http://www.pluginguru.com - This Episode covers the Drum Kit and Multi modes. This is a VERY condenced version to fit into the 10 min. time limit.... You can watch full length and purchase my Power Packs for Stylus RMX & FM8 at my web site. Thanks for watching, commenting and subscribing to this channel. Feel free to embed this video to websites & blogs that are appropriate....

  • hey!thanks for all the grate info. so when i am in multi mode and 8 parts are playing together,(as you hit play in the video)how do i play all of them from my midi keyboard?i hit my key and only the 1 part is playing ...?i want all 8 parts be played from 1 midi channel... i use fruity loops...

  • @ultrameka - can't do it from 8 mixer parts - they are dedicated to Midi channels 1 - 8. You CAN do it using Favorites by adding all the grooves to the same favorite playlist and then playing them from the keyboard (change from Slice mode to groove menu mode).

  • I've been watching your videos so far, I learned alot! Your a very good instructor, you give lots of examples while explaining what you do -much respect! But is it possible to record the actual beat you hear when you press the "play" button? Let's say that I've made 3 different drum beats in number 1, 2 and 3.. Can I then record the actual sound I hear when I play nr. 1, and then nr. 2, and then nr. 3?

  • @SecretMisery - I think you're talking about bouncing this down to audio? That answer is yes. If it's a different question, then elaborate, please.

  • Can you open Battery 3 drum samples in Stylus RMX?

  • @NielsShoe - unfortunately, no. Only Recycle files can be imported into Stylus RMX. There is a trick to get drum samples into Stylus RMX - I'll make a Quik-E video showing this trick in a bit :D

  • @thepluginguru ;-) thanks, keep informing us!!!

  • @Simplistic7SalvatioN - I'd suggest hitting up either the Yahoo Groups Spectrasonics forum or a forum at Cubase or KVR audio. I don't use Cubase so I can't help but I know someone out there can! Good luck.

  • well presented..great quality and fantastic info!!
