@1972FordF150 that machine appears to move around to much for my liking and you are only measuring one part of the bore! in the same place each time surely you need to take measurements in different places

this turns me own for somme reason

I honed my own 50cc cylinder on my am6 motor.
-
do you use or recommend a torque plate when boring or honing?
thx
-
reminds me of some of the machines i work with at a gun factory lol

@1972FordF150 - Just call me, I don't give out qutes on the internet - they take too long for too little, or in most in most cases no reward at all. Price shopping is one thing, I not part of that solution. I try and do good quality work for reasonable prices.

How much would a job like this cost?And how much does it cost to take a cyhlinder head from 49mm to a 52.5mm?

@xtrebelx - Is there enough material that you can take out 3,5mm? Ince you bore it out that far, you will either throw the clyinder away or have to resleeve it. Cost would be around $100.

@fiatnutz ok but is that with parts or just labor? for the resleeve.
xtrebelx 9 months ago
@xtrebelx - Labor only.
